    1. General Provisions

    These Terms of Service govern the use of the TradeLogic application.

    The exclusive owner of the economic copyrights to the TradeLogic application (source code, design, brand and know-how) is:
    Paweł Kalicki, residing in Sosnowiec, Poland
    (hereinafter referred to as the "Rights Holder")

    The operator of the application and the entity providing the Service under a license agreement concluded with the Rights Holder is:

    (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator")

    By using the TradeLogic application, you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

    2. Definitions

    • Service — the TradeLogic web and mobile application available at tradelogic.com.pl and through Apple App Store and Google Play Store
    • User — any individual or legal entity using the Service
    • Account — an individual User account within the application
    • Free Plan — a no-cost plan with limited functionality
    • PRO Plan — a paid subscription with full functionality
    • Content — trading data, journal entries, notes, and other materials entered by the User

    3. Registration and Account

    • Registration requires a first name, last name, email address, and password
    • Users must be at least 18 years of age
    • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their password
    • One account may be assigned to one person only
    • Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited
    • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms

    4. Plans and Payments

    TradeLogic offers two plans:

    Free Plan: trade history up to 50 entries, 1 CSV import, basic statistics, Equity Curve, Lot Calculator, Economic Calendar, Emotion Journal

    PRO Plan: everything in the Free Plan plus unlimited trade history, unlimited CSV imports, advanced analytics (sessions, hours, day-of-week, streaks), AI-powered analytics of historical trading data (informational only — no recommendations, no automated decision-making), priority support

    • PRO Plan payments are charged on a recurring monthly basis
    • On the web, we accept card payments (Stripe) and BLIK/bank transfer (Przelewy24)
    • On mobile apps (iOS/Android), subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store in-app purchases
    • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
    • After cancellation, PRO access remains active until the end of the current billing period
    • Prices may vary by platform and region; applicable taxes are included

    5. Subscription Management

    • Subscriptions purchased through the App Store can be managed in your Apple ID settings
    • Subscriptions purchased through Google Play can be managed in your Google Play subscriptions settings
    • Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the respective platform (Apple or Google) in accordance with their refund policies
    • For web subscriptions, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers

    6. Acceptable Use

    The following activities are prohibited:

    • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
    • Entering false or misleading data
    • Attempting to hack, exploit, or bypass application security measures
    • Copying, modifying, or distributing the application source code
    • Creating automated accounts (bots) without the Operator's consent
    • Overloading the application's servers
    • Using the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users

    7. Important Disclaimer — No Investment Advice

    NOTICE: TradeLogic is solely a trading journal and historical performance analysis tool. The application does NOT provide investment, financial, or brokerage advisory services.

    • All trading decisions are made by the User at their own risk and responsibility
    • Historical results displayed in the application do not guarantee future profits
    • Trading financial instruments involves the risk of capital loss
    • The Operator is not liable for any financial losses resulting from the use of the application
    • AI features summarize and identify statistical patterns in the user's own historical trading data for informational and educational purposes only. They do not evaluate users, make decisions on their behalf, recommend actions or produce automated decision-making, and do not constitute financial, investment or trading advice

    8. Intellectual Property

    • All economic copyrights to the TradeLogic application, including its source code, design, user interface, the "TradeLogic" brand and know-how, are exclusively owned by Paweł Kalicki (the Rights Holder)
    • The Operator (STREFA OXYGEN Sp. z o.o.) provides the Service under a separate license agreement with the Rights Holder, granting the right to commercially distribute the application to Users
    • Users retain full ownership of their trading data and content entered into the application
    • Users grant the Operator a license to process their data solely for the purpose of providing the Service
    • Copying, modifying, decompiling or otherwise using elements of the application without the written consent of the Rights Holder is prohibited

    9. Limitation of Liability

    • The Operator makes every effort to ensure the Service operates without interruptions or errors
    • The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service
    • The Operator is not liable for User's investment decisions
    • The Operator is not liable for data loss caused by force majeure events
    • The Operator's total liability to the User shall not exceed the fees paid by the User in the preceding 3 months
    • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED

    10. Account Deletion

    • Users may delete their account at any time from the application settings
    • Upon account deletion, all User data will be permanently removed within 30 days
    • Deleting an account during an active subscription period does not entitle the User to a refund (except under the 7-day guarantee for web subscriptions)
    • For in-app purchases, cancellation of the subscription must be done through the respective app store before deleting the account

    11. Changes to Terms of Service

    The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    12. Governing Law and Disputes

    • These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland
    • Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office
    • Consumers have the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution methods (ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr)
